Shipping time
We ship orders as soon as possible, but please keep in mind that we print all of our goods as they get ordered and it can take 2-4 days for us to create them for you.
Your item should arrive within 5-7 days after being shipped in the US and around 3-5 weeks if we are shipping internationally. At times, your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient’s responsibility as we have no control over the duties being charged.
We do not issue refunds or re-send orders for incorrect addresses, refused shipments or shipments that are not picked up by the receiver. Please note that if you refuse/not pick up your shipment the parcel will not be sent back to Messy Bunch.
Order returns & refunds
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns:
You are entitled to return Your Order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so. The deadline for returning an Order is 14 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods to our office in Haarlem, the Netherlands.
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
How to return
Send an e-mail to [email protected] and share the following information:
- Your order
- Your name
- The item(s) you want to return
- If possible, the reason of the return.
We check whether your return request meets our conditions. If so, we will send you our address and shipping instructions.
Conditions for returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. Only regular priced Goods may be refunded.
Billing terms
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Order exchanges
Our designs are printed on demand so for this reason, we will only exchange items if they are defective or damaged.
