I live in the USA. When will my order arrive?

Most orders ship within 2-4 business days out of our USA location. Your item should arrive within 5-7 working days after being shipped in the US. During busy holiday times such as Christmas, the delivery times may take longer. We are not liable for shipping delays. We do not guarantee any estimated shipping arrival date or time. We are not responsible for any losses or damages caused by USPS. There are many external forces out there that can slow up your order, but we are trying to get you your goods ASAP.

I live outside of the USA. When will my international order arrive?

Most orders ship within 2-4 business days out of our USA location. Your international order should arrive within 3-5 weeks after being shipped in the US. During busy holiday times such as Christmas, the delivery times may take longer. We are not liable for shipping delays. We do not guarantee any estimated shipping arrival date or time. We are not responsible for any losses or damages caused by USPS. There are many external forces out there that can slow up your order, but we are trying to get you your goods ASAP.

Will an International shipment be charged duties and taxes?

At times, your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient’s responsibility as we have no control over the duties being charged. We cannot mark shipments "Gift" on customs forms, nor can we adjust the value of the items in the shipments. Unfortunately it is very difficult or impossible for us to estimate the duties and taxes your country may charge you. If you have any questions, please contact your local officials.

Can I update my shipping address?

If your order has not shipped out yet we can update your shipping address. Please contact [email protected] with your order number and the new address and we'll see what we can do. We do not issue refunds or re-send orders for incorrect addresses, refused shipments or shipments that are not picked up by the receiver. Please note that if you refuse/not pick up your shipment the parcel will not be sent back to Messy Bunch.

We offer free shipping on all orders, to everywhere in the world!

Returns

Can I return my order?

You are entitled to return your order within 14 days.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

  • Goods on sale

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. 

How do I return my order?

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to our office in Haarlem, the Netherlands.

 

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

  3. The item(s) you want to return
  4. If possible, the reason of the return.

We check whether your return request meets our conditions. If so, we will send you our address and shipping instructions.
